Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or overcome chronic pain, let's work together to create a sustainable fitness plan that fits your schedule and life. What's included: + monthly 45-min check-in call to go over goals & progress + 3 x monthly workouts specific to your goals + how-to exercise videos to teach you form and safety + optional alignment checks through video recordings + mindfulness recommendations to improve your overall well-being + in-app texting and voice notes to ask questions about your workouts + monthly delicious seasonal recipe from my kitchen to yours! Get started: Choose whether you would like to pay for 3 months up front for $450 (a great way to build a new fitness habit), or month-to-month autopay for $150/month (you can cancel anytime). Once you register, your program begins within 1 week: I will email you within 24 hours to schedule your first 45-min check-in call so we can go over your current goals, challenges, and lifestyle. Next, I will set up your account. Expect to receive the next email from me within 72 hours. You will need to fill out a virtual waiver and additional health questionnaire. Lastly, I will release your personalize program and you can get started! I will be in touch periodically, but do not hesitate to reach out to me with your questions through the app!
