4-week ayurveda wellness coaching

Service Description

This package consists of 4 sessions that span over a 6-week period. This offering includes: 1 x Initial Wellness Consultation (2 hrs) 1 x Elemental Findings (1 hr) 2 x Wellness Sessions (1 hr) You will book your 2-hour Initial Wellness Consultation to begin. Please give yourself ample time before your initial appointment to allow for enough space to fill out your intake forms (approx. 1-2 hours). Please submit your intake forms 72 hours before your Initial Wellness Consultation. Intake paperwork will be emailed to you after you book your first appointment.
