It's time to release the winter baggage. Call in the warmth, lighter your mental and physical load, and bloom into a higher version of your self this spring.

Day 1-7: Preparation Phase

  • Get you mind and body ready to let go of  physical & energetic excess.

Day 8-14: Active Cleansing Phase

  • Eat, breathe, move, and live in a way that releases ama from the body & mind.

Day 15-21: Reintroduction Phase

  • Bring back foods to identify what may have created vikruti [imbalance] in the body.

Day 22 & beyond: Nourishment Phase

  • Renourish your tissues, and bloom into your new, lighter lifestyle.

  • An easy-to-understand spring cleanse guide.
  • A detoxifying, kapha-balancing recipe guide.
  • Six group coaching calls.
  • One 30-minute 1:1 coaching call.
  • Audio recordings and meditations to support your journey.

Answers to FAQs:

  • You will NOT be hungry.
  • You might experience some mild detox symptoms. Allow yourself to HEAL and FEEL.
  • You CAN continue to exercise while in active cleanse phase, but the type of movement will be adjusted to promote optimal results.
  • You might lose weight. Magic happens when you clear away the toxins and allow your body to function as it was designed to.
  • You can adjust the length of the active cleanse and/or reintroduction phases. We can go over that in your 1:1 coaching session.
  • You will be fully supported- 1:1, group, community, and by email.
